Notes In presence of 500uM acetylcholine and 100nM atropine, this peptide at 4.5nM reduce depolarization of rat parasympathetic ganglia to 92%, at 22nM it reduces the depolarization to 90%, and at 222nM is reduces the depolarization to 41% (Blanchfield et al.). In Blanchfield et al., Ada is referred to as Laa (lipoamino acid).
