SIIID (P10493) Protein Card

General Information
Name SIIID
Organism synthetic construct
Protein Type Synthetic
Parent S3-G02
Notes

According to Wang et al.(2022): (i) SIIID (1–4, 2–5, 3–6) was the most active isomer among the three isomers; (ii) 10 uM SIIID had less than 15% inhibitory effects on the sodium, potassium and calcium currents in rat DRG neurons; (iii) 10 uM SIIID had no obvious effect on the human α3β4 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor currents.
