Notes This sequence was directly derived from the precursor: some post-translational modifications may be missing. The final Arg residue is probably cleaved off but Zhou et al. (2015) studied the activity of this peptide (with the C-terminal Arg residue). Remarkably, this peptide inhibits both TTX-sensitive and TTX-resistant sodium currents in rat DRG.
